It’s Not Yours

I thought of several different things to post  today but nothing held firm and settled in my spirit except this line:

“Stop worrying about it. Relax! Don’t be afraid. You are not alone. Jesus is going to fix it for you.  You won’t have to fight this one. This battle is not yours but the Lord’s”.

I started to write several  different things but they couldn’t come from my thoughts to my fingers until I wrote the above line. I do not know who I am writing it for, but I surely like to follow that deep gentle voice that guides my life – The Holy Spirit and I believe with every fibre of my being that, that statement is all He wanted me to tell you today my dear reader.

I hope and pray you will receive it, hold onto it, believe it, let it elevate your faith and encourage you.

Have a marvellous Monday.

  1. i just love God’s perfect timing. i was thinking today about school fee, which has now increase to a frightening amount, for third semester. i was talking to God but at the same time little worried. So many questions filled my head and as i tried to reassure myself that God is able to exceedingly, abundantly above all i could ask the “worrying feeling” started to nag me and then i decided to sign in and saw this post. thank you again mommy for posting this. it has truly saved my mind and heart from worries torment.

  2. So glad you posted the beginning. It wasn’t meant for me directly, but to direct me as I post. I’ll certainly keep that in mind. Funny how we can’t always type what we think we want to say, but get redirected sometimes, isn’t it?
